THE ORDERING PROCESS
1. Choose Your Style
Start by selecting the shoe or sandal style that best suits your needs and comfort.
2. Choose Your Leather
Pick from a range of beautiful leather colours. As it’s a natural material, shades and flexibility may vary. Samples are available on request.
3. Choose Your Sole
Select the sole that works for your lifestyle:

Vibram – hard-wearing and chunky

Crepe – soft natural rubber, available as a flat sole, wedge, or 1cm heel

Ridge – durable rubber, also available as flat, wedge, or 1cm heel

Tyre Tread – recycled rubber, available as flat, wedge, or 1cm heel
4. Send Your Foot Drawings & Measurements
Trace both feet (socks on for shoes/boots; socks off for sandals), measure the widest part of each foot, and provide any useful details like high insteps, bunions, or different-sized feet. For boots, include leg measurements at 10cm intervals. Send all this information to us at Bracken and Sole, 7 St. James Street, Okehampton, Devon EX20 1DJ.
5. Attend Your Fitting
Before soles are attached, you’ll try on the footwear to ensure comfort and accuracy. Wear the socks you’d normally use, and spend about 10 minutes walking indoors so any required adjustments can be made easily.
